Section 215B in plain language
Section 215B(1): The Central Government shall, by notification, constitute a National Road Safety Board consisting of a Chairman and such other members as it considers necessary. Section 215B(2): The Board shall render advice to the Central and State Governments on all aspects of road safety and traffic management, including standards for roads and vehicles, new vehicle technology, safe highways, traffic and crash data, trauma care, and capacity building — as prescribed by the Rules.
