Content lifecycle
All content is created by a named content owner within the Board Secretariat and passes through a review and approval workflow (Author → Reviewer/Editor → Publisher) with a full audit trail before publication.
Currency and archival
Government Orders and Media are updated as events occur; the Resource Centre is reviewed at least quarterly; policy pages are reviewed annually. Every page shows a “last updated” date. Superseded documents are versioned and archived — nothing is simply deleted.
Style
Content follows the Board’s style guide: plain language, Indian English, the term “road crashes” rather than “accidents”, and a consistent citation format.
