This website does not require registration and collects personal data only through the feedback, grievance and RTI-related forms — limited to the minimum necessary (name, email and your message). No personal data is ever placed in URLs.

Personal data is handled in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: it is collected for the stated purpose only (responding to your submission), with your consent, stored securely, and retained no longer than necessary.

Aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics may be collected through Government-approved analytics to improve the website.
